Started tracking my health habits after doing a home blood test and it actually helped me stay consistent

I’ve been trying to build a more structured self-care routine this year, but I noticed that I often fall off track because I don’t actually know what’s happening inside my body. I sleep better some days, feel drained other days, and I could never figure out why.

So I tried doing a simple home blood test to get a baseline before making big changes. It showed a few levels that were lower than I expected, and some things I wasn’t paying attention to at all. That gave me a clearer starting point for building a routine instead of just guessing.

Since then, I made a small chart for myself where I track:

• water intake
• sleep quality
• daily steps
• energy levels
• mood
• supplements (only the ones I actually need now)
• weekly check-ins

It sounds basic, but tracking these things after knowing my baseline made everything easier and more intentional. I’m not perfect with it, but I’m definitely more consistent now.

For anyone curious, this is the exact test I used to figure out my starting point:

Does anyone here also track their self-care habits after getting real health data? I’m trying to improve my chart and would love ideas on what else to include.
