Does it get any better?

I'm slowly losing interest after the timeskip after they revealed that uruma has got amnesia. They killed of both his gramps and his brother, the story seems just bland gore and suffering atp. I liked massacre happy end more, it was depressing but the story was plain and very straightforward. So is it worth it to keep reading ts or do i just drop it?
