Spotify Wrapped doesn’t make everyone Happy

Spotify Wrapped came out today and everyone’s happy and enjoying it except me.

For context: My most-played song was “Don’t Forget Me” by Maggie Rogers.

Thing is the first time I heard this song was after I got dumped by the girl I really like or loved even (Still do). So after couple of days later like 2-3 days of me getting rejected/dumped she posted a story with the same song and since then it just stuck with me and I honestly love the song makes me always think of her and makes me want to never forget her. It’s a great song tbh but it just reminds me of that whole phase and doesn’t let me move ahead.

And to make it funnier in a sad way the same girl rejected me again this October after we talked for 2 months and dumb me again got attached like a puppy but yk different time same result.

So yeah while everyone else’s Wrapped looks like a happy highlight reel, mine feels like a reminder of a person I’m clearly not over as much as I thought.

OP is low-key sad today though I just hope she’s doing fine and is happier than ever.

Might just step out for a J 🍃 and let the day end quietly.
