Carbon monoxide

I had a carbon monoxide breath test done earlier today at a clinic it showed 15ppm on the first reading and 17 on the next. I don’t smoke and have never smoked (cigarettes, vapes etc). Neither has my partner. To get to the clinic I had to walk 15 minutes including through a busy street. Could this be the cause? My house doesn’t have any gas appliances it’s all electric.
