Last minutes surveys and assessments?’

Anyone had this? I’ve been selling my flat for 14 weeks, last week my solicitor asked if there was any shared areas in the property, there is the hall as was listed and viewed and on all the forms I’ve filled. Now they’re saying I need a fire assessment & asbestos survey, I was opening the email expecting a completion date.
