Stray kitten won't stop demanding head pats, is this part of her personality or something is wrong medically?

She just LOVES head pats, body parts, any kind of pats basically, she showed me her belly but obviously I didn't pet that portion as she might not like it but you get the gest, she rubs herself to me and just flops and melts when i pet her.

Could it be something medical?
