[Question]: yesterday while I was leaving this guy who claimed to a senior came up to me:

yesterday while I was leaving this guy who claimed to a senior who passed out long time ago came up to me(he didn't hav the senior aura) and pitched his story saying how his sister is in a hospital and how his UPI isn't working, so he wanted me to UPI a random someone 3800, in return for some cash, when I demanded to see the cash he tried to change the topic at last he says that he would withdraw it from an ATM and come back or UPI me later, hearing this I realised he was scamming me and I left, the surprising thing is that this happened inside the campus. I hav warned my friends but I also want to let the college know abt this, where do I mail this?
