Steinway & broadway vs west astoria (21st and 30th)

So im considering two apartments. And wanted thoughts from people here. Hope this doesnt violate rules as i just want thoughts on the specific areas mainly.

A on steinway + broadway B on 21st + 30th ave

A is directly on steinway st and living room faces and overlooks the street. But the windows are soundproof ones. Also this ones on 5th fl. But not sure how crazy it gets on the weekends.

B is a little removed from core astoria near 21st st and 30th ave but rent is cheaper by $300.

Apartments I’d say are equally nice.

Any thoughts or problems with each area?
