How to add husband?

I created a calendar, profiles, etc. How do I let my husband see it on his phone? He downloaded the app. I tried sharing it to him via link. But on his end, it says it is waiting for me to approve the request. But I don’t see any request on my end under the “ manage users” tab.

Does he need to make his own account? Please let me know.
