Disgusting floormate

People wash their face or brush teeth in the sink meant for drinking water atleast I can accept it as sometimes the water in the taos are sometimes greyish. But, today some weirdo has snnezed in the sink for drinking water and his snot is all over it and doesn't go. Idk how these ppl don't care about even basic hygiene, I feel disgued to the core.
