Looking for Underground / DIY Music Spots in Japan (Osaka, Kyoto, Tokyo)

Hi all!

I’d be forever grateful if anyone could share some underground music or DIY spots in Japan. I’m currently in Osaka, and I’ll also be visiting Kyoto and Tokyo soon.

I’m especially looking for listening bars/spaces, or anything resembling a punk / rap / noise / experimental / electronics gig in a basement (I would honestly die for that).

I’m also super interested in subcultural or communal spaces, record shops, and similar local hangouts. Any unique and "weird" places are also more than welcome!
