HY320 internal speaker no sound on HBO (codec problem?)

HY320 projector codec issue: Internal speaker works with IPTV and local USB videos, but apps like HBO Max have no audio at all.

Looks like a Dolby / E-AC3 codec problem that the projector can’t decode. Bluetooth speaker works, so the issue is clearly with the internal audio decoding. No option to force PCM inside the projector, and no success with settings or resets.

Has anyone found:

A firmware update
A hidden audio menu
Or any way to force PCM / disable Dolby internally on the HY320?

Or is this a permanent hardware limitation?
