Hello, we are Hobosapiens. We are a small but growing group of FFXIV high end raiders (hexalegends and a couple world racers) who are finding a new home in WWM for content downtime. Having played FFXIV is not a requirement to join, it's just something you might have in common.

We are a largely PVE combat raids oriented with a couple players actively involved in PVP. Not all of us are used to Souls-like games, so we're helping each other learn to get better, understand the systems and play better in team content. Discord is not strictly required unless you are intended to join in for the raids, we'd at least ask you're communicating with us in chat and listening in voice.

Please note we're a bit of an all around older age group (25+), so our language policy is more relaxed with the expectation that we trust you to not bring actual -isms to our group.

**Rules:**

**Growth Mindset:** Since we are improvement-focused, all members must be able to professionally receive and apply constructive criticism regarding gameplay. No "Ego-ing" (disruptive self-aggrandizement) will be tolerated.

**Self-Sufficiency:** Each member is responsible for their chosen solo difficulty. Other members have limited time to pursue their own goals. While we encourage helping one another, reliance on others for every significant solo hurdle will result in being directly advised to lower your personal difficulty setting.

**Respect & Dating:** This is not a platform for "e-Dating." Any romantic or personal interest must cease immediately if a member expresses disinterest. "No" means no.

**Communication:** This is an egg-shell free zone. Casual language, light swearing, and personal speech habits are generally fine. However, this is not a license for targeted harassment or bringing in actual -isms (racism, sexism, etc.). The ***intent*** of your language is what determines if something said crosses the line.

You can leave a comment or message me for a discord invite if interested.
