My life depends on the results of a pregnancy test

I had a feeling that i was chasing a ghost for a lot of years trying to find happiness but i just couldnt. Moreover i had this dread for the past month its paralysing me and i cant do anything its one of the worst feelings ive ever endured. If my gf is pregnant this'll be the last straw. I dont really know what to do
