Why does this keep happening

Why are the new dubs being delayed? Last week there was one ( I don't remember which one) and today there are three missing there dubs. The Dark History Of The Reincarnated Villainess, Kakuriyo- Bed & Breakfast for Spirits, and Let's Play. Wtf do we pay for this s**t when they can't even release these shows on time. What's the hold up? Why are yhey coming out 2, 3 (days), and even a weeks time before the episodes are released? Wtf Cruchyroll. I posted this on the Cruchyroll reddit and they deleted in less than 30 mins, hahaha. I know they're not Cruchyroll themselves but they are still concerned to them.
