rarely get help through reddit, are you guys short staffed?

just the last month i've created 2 tickets to ask for afk unbans since very unique and not so easily avoidable stuff happened to me that prevented me to connect to a server, since im definetely not a dodge abuser and im a premium user, i would like to have some kind of way to get help? even a denied unban, but at least an answer? there's really just no way to receive "instant" support, and i think this is a shame for paid subscription tbh.. tickets are too slow and sessions go bye bye.

ps. i know i should be more carefull but having to follow precise timings with connects and cs updating/bugging out sometimes can get the best of me but those rare times it happens its gg for the rest of the day
