Insurance for 7 year old golden

Hello, my dog recently tore his CCL and I have insurance for him under figo but it is only up to 10,000 annually and going with the assumption that he is going to tear his other CCL like many dogs do that whole entire policy will be maxed out this year.

I am looking to get a second policy for him to cover for any illness or accidents that may happen such as him getting sick, god forbid cancer etc to make sure he is covered over this next year and for the rest of his life as well.

I know AKC has certain rules with pre existing conditions but I am guessing it wont cover orthopedic which I am fine with as I had his figo policy since he was five and the waiting period is over.

My question is what would be the best policy to get for him at this age to cover him for any illness or life threating things that may arise as he gets older.
