Help!

I'm having a bit of trouble. I bought inZOI about 2 months ago and have been running wild with this. I haven't been able to get past the loading screen because the app would hang. I tried uploading an image but can't. Basically, the loading screen shows and it gets stuck for about a minute then an "Application Hang Detection" message pops up.

I've done a plethora of things like update drivers, uninstall/reinstall Steam, verify integrity of game files, even update BIOS, whitelist the app in Norton, select a specific GPU in my computer settings, installed and repaired Visual C++ Redistributables, even tried using ProcMon to see if I can pinpoint exactly what may be causing the issue (to which I haven't had any luck yet). I've even fed my issues to ChatGPT and Copilot for some help.

Any advice would help because I have to be missing something. I guess it would help to know that I am kinda fresh and new into the gaming community and I've played with The Sims 4 for a few months. I don't even know how common this issue is since I haven't seen much of anything but any suggestions would help lol
