Planetarium Question

I added [[planetarium of wan shi tong]] to a deck that scys reliable every turn. If I have the planetarium on the field and I choose to look at and not cast the spell on top, can I then next time I scry choose to cast it? Or if I was to cast a spell it must be on the first scry each turn?
