Can I have help picking out this sample?

The song is: keep.us -Eli the Guy. He’s rapping over it and I love the song but not knowing the sample is killing me. It’s right on the tip of my tongue. I was thinking Cortex or Sarah Vaughn or Ryu Fuiki?
