inconvenient time zone changes

i usually take my pill at 9pm but ive traveled to the east coast so now its at 12am, which is not gonna do it for me because im with my whole family so i cant just set an alarm every night, especially cuz they dont know. can i take my pills at a more reasonable hour, like 10 or 11, without it having a negative impact? taking combination pill.
