With some women (strangers), I get goosebumps when part of their body touches me. Am I the only one who experiences this?

I hope this isn’t as weird as I think, but sometimes this happens to me. I was sitting on the subway. It was warm because the heating was on, and I was wearing a winter coat. Then a group of women sat down near me, and they radiated such a relaxed energy. One of the women sat directly next to me, also wearing a winter coat. Even though we both had thick coats on, I could feel very precisely whenever she touched me. It was so relaxing that I almost fell asleep. Every time her coat (her arm) touched my coat (my arm), I got goosebumps all the way up to my head. The last time this happened to me was a while ago. I’ve only felt this with women, but not with all strangers who sit next to me. Tell me I'm not crazy 😅

I didn’t know what she looked like because I was busy on my phone. When she got off with her group of friends (girlgang), I saw that she looked very well-groomed and friendly. As the tingling kicked through my whole body, I noticed her and glanced over briefly, but all I could see were her beautiful hair, well-groomed nails, and stylish clothes. She also had a calming voice.
