Got 3 seagate exo 26tb, 2 doa?

I bought 3 26tb exos and only one shows up and works. When the others are power up, they just make a loud buzz sound.

I tried the 3.3v tape mod with no avail. Any ideas? They are on the same power cable and same sata card.
