Has anyone ever done a charge back with seatgeek?

I was trying to buy tickets for a concert though seat geek, but the payment would not go through for some reason. The last time I tried re-entering my card information, it said that the payment method was not successful, but then I received an email stating that I had the tickets. I contacted support and they told me several times that the payment was in fact not successful and that the card would not be charged and I did not have tickets. Well a month goes by and I randomly receive tickets and a $1500 charge on my credit card. Of course since a month went by the messages are no longer available to view in the support chat (I should have screenshoted the conversation but too late now). Wondering if anyone has dealt with a remotely similar situation with them, they've been no help at all and of course they show that they have all kinds of evidence that I agreed to their terms. I've already purchased tickets from another source so now I have 2 sets of tickets for this show and I'm out $1500.
