Ordered from Comfrt never received, CS lied. Looks like a scam.

My daughter ordered from the official Comfrt website on Nov, 3. Emailed to expedite the order and the screenshots speak for themselves. The CS openly lied not to mention the "tracking" link was just misleading, saying it was shipped or delivered or just created. Never heard back from them after Nov, 20th. I had to dispute it through my bank but just wanted to warn other people here.
