Tips for getting over your ex?

So I've read a few posts already about getting over your ex, or how you know when you're over your ex.

Most say "when you are indifferent to their lives" or "when you can see them with someone and be happy or not care".

The wound is still quite fresh for me so I know I'm not to that point, but I kinda get the feeling that I'll never get to that point of indifference.

The reason for that is this: Although I know no one is obligated to be in a relationship, but she broke us up when we had a really magical and special connection full of happiness. She even agrees so it's not just me saying that. Although we both made mistakes, and in my opinion hers were worse than mine and more plentiful, but I digress, I was able to look past those things because she meant the world to me and I loved and cared for her. I know people make mistakes and people can change, so I stayed. Now that she left, I felt like I shouldn't have, and I was betrayed.

The reason I say all this is that, the way it played out, I feel like I'll never have that "oh good for her" feeling. I'll always have that "we could've been amazing together" feeling where it's like she took something from me. She took my best friend :(

Please don't hate me right now I'm goin through it lol this is like half rant
