Does anyone remember Walgreens discontinued selling tobacco products

I swear I remember in like 2016 Walgreens stopped selling tobacco products I don’t go in often anymore but have noticed they do sell them now and I’ve mentioned it to others and no one seems to remember this happening and nothing shows up online either. Am I crazy or did this happen?
