Clothes in CAS disappearing

I played once with the Master Controller and Smooth Patch together, since both were up to date; In the gameplay there was no problem, but I believe that after that in my CAS some clothing options disappeared from both the CC and the base game itself, sometimes in blouses they only appear like: 3 options. I've already removed the Master controller and some have reappeared but others haven't. Is there a way to resolve it?
