Problems with private replay?

I booked a trip on a website (lastminute.com) but I used Apple's private relay service by hiding my email, the application will "process" the whole trip for me, making plane tickets etc... could I have problems? How about not being able to recover the ticket for the check-in? Since the application will not be able to find an email to redirect data etc?
