Extension Broken?

First day of work, brand new laptop and I can’t the extension working…says can’t sign in.

There’s a small box saying “accessing the evaluation took will active rating mode. Are you sure you want to continue”?

Technically I can work “under” the box, but I don’t want to get in trouble?
