Warsails ☕️

I love Bannerlord. I’ve been playing since the beta and have 2000+ hrs in the base game, most of which were modded.

So believe me when I say that I’m so glad taleworlds kept postponing the release date so they could put more time in developing war sails. They really strive to release fully finished content rather than shitting out some half baked and buggy dlc and then take 5 years to fix up all the fuck shit that makes the game broken. And I’m so glad of that, it would really grind my gears if they did that.

Some things I’m glad they did in War Sails to make my experience better:

• naval combat delegate command works great and are accurate to historic naval skirmishes. Boats don’t rely on boarding other ships to just turn it into a land battle on the water.

• nord troops aren’t brain dead when delegating command on land. They stick together and create a semi coherent combat strategy like all other troops.

• nords make up for their complete lack of cavalry/mounted archers with having the best archers and infantry compared to other cultures who do.
