Scarpa Vapor V

I bought a pair of these on 41 1/2, length wise they feel good and heel stays correctly in place but my pinkies are getting crushed. Do these break in? I’m already “used them” (couldn’t climb much with said pain tbh) so not sure if they’ll allow me to change them :(
