VRE from Spotsylvania to Crystal City 5x/week.. experiences? How F'd am I?

Never been on the VRE before ill have about a 50 minute drive to the station then seems the ride will take maybe 1.25 hours dropping me off very close to my office.

What's the VRE commute like nowadays will I be able to get some sleep, is it cold, hot, wifi? Tray tables? Thanks for any insight
