Problem with Servers on SA

What is wrong with servers on South America? I know the server is hosted at United States but I never had problems and now i get at least 2 "reconnecting" per hour, im not lagged or anything just a sudden disconnection, me and my friends from Argentina and Peru have the same problem so it's not just me, the game is unplayable right now.
