35 [M4F] Could you be the reason I check my phone.

Hi there,

I never know how to start these things but here goes! I am looking to find my reason to check my phone, that nervous anticipation as you wait for that name to pop up and the goofy smile you inadvertently have when that message comes through. I am so tired of the same routine and I miss that excitement a new relationship brings. The butterflies you feel when you see a new picture or hear their voice, the way they occupy your every thought.

I am pretty much a very laid back kinda guy although work certainly knows how to push those limits sometimes! I dont take myself too seriously and can usually make a joke out of anything, a flirty comment from the slightest thing and frequent movie quotes as they pop into my head. I do enjoy watching movies, binging the same shows over and over (Big Bang Theory, I am looking at you!). I enjoy watching sports and typically spend my nights playing The Sims or WoW! Love listening to music too so always down for sharing a playlist or now, my 2025 wrapped listed! I have recently rediscovered my love for reading and trying to read as much horror books as I can at the minute so suggestions are always welcome.

From you, I dont really have any expectations. I just ask for you to be honest and fun to talk, nothing worse than 1 sided conversation. In time I would like to move to voice notes, calls and maybe even video chats so you being into the same thing would be perfect too.
