How to make money off of charters in career?

Hey guys. I'm trying to grind up a lot of money in career to get some more exciting missions. I currently have a C172 under a Flightseeing company. I just unlocked private charter service (the easier one to get, I know there are 2 charter specializations). I understand that I can make a ton of money with these, but under "employee", it only gives me ~$3k/mission. To make $20k+ per mission (going off of my rates for flightseeing missions under the company), I need to start a seperate company and then transfer or sell and buy a plane, correct?

I've heard a lot of people say private charters make a ton of money but I'm confused on how to start if I'm making like $3k

If there's any other route I should take for more money, please let me know too. I just thought these missions are the most lucrative for early-career.
