People’s complaints about Queen/Matriarch PvP are legit, heres the evidence…

I feel like this qualifies as contributing to the evidence pool. I’m desperate for something to either prevent or punish PvP during the queen and matriarch events.

I got in a solo queen match and ended up taking her down with at least 10 other players. Hearing her body explode after a ten minute long fight is truly exhilarating and is so clearly what the developers envisioned as the appeal for this game. Hearing all these essentially strangers celebrating over comms. Peak.

Three minutes left to extract, a couple guys have hatch keys so we’re all going in one by one. I’m last in line and decide to go loot some of the ARC we killed while people are extracting plus I have my own hatch key. Riding high. And then dude who was in front of me turns melts me with a stitcher while I’m looting.

Absolutely gut wrenching. I don’t care who you are, you can’t fucking tell me that’s just “part of the game” and I should be fine with it. In fact I should shake his hand and say “congratulations on besting me good sir!” - just gimme a break here.

The fact that this kind of thing is possible with almost zero repercussions WILL ruin the interactions that make this game fun. I’m not talking about PvP. I’m talking about the fact that kind of behavior is ENTIRELY unimpeded in the major endgame boss fights.

Maybe I should’ve just gone off on my own since I had a hatch key anyways but fucking sue me dude I was having a good time with the camaraderie.
