The Army left me Stranded and I Don’t Even Know if College is Still in my Deck of Cards to Deal

I was a B-C Average kid in California both in Middle and High School. I’ve applied to the Universities all over California and they just slapped me in the face with a fish and told me I was too stupid to so much as actually get to participate in getting a degree with them. The irony is I went on a field trip to Berkley and Davis back in Middle School. I ended up going to Community College out of High School. Since then I’ve been feeling like nothing short of a failure.

The Army was no different. Got messed up bad and at best left on Honorable Terms, but had to cut my contract short. Back in California and I missed the application deadline for ANY college right now.

I don’t just want an Automotive Service of Excellence Certification I want a full on Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering. I don’t want to waste my Post 9-11 I had to shed blood, sweat, and tears for on just UTI. But I feel like seeing how my last updated GPA on my unofficial transcript is not even competitive by any means, especially in a hyper-competitive college state like California. I feel lost.
