I think I'm facing addiction phase of Vyvanse.

I started from 10 mg and now I'm at 40 mg in last 4 months. Right now the feeling i get after my dose wears off is that I crave something extremely stimulating or feel like my soul is gonna shrink. Getting confused with so many options. Anyone who can help me? It's making me feel like I'm no good without vyvanse anymore which is gonna lead to addiction. Asking for help before it's too late for me.
