Getting into paganism

Hey I’m looking to get into paganism (probally like Celtic or Germanic bc that’s my ethnicity) and I just wanna know where to start. I’m sure this sub gets a bazillion of these posts a day but any recommendations are welcomed. Also how do I find other local pagans? Is there like a sub or website for that? Ty in advance
