Side Character for a Project Phantasma Movie

Im making the script for a movie based on Project Phantasma, and if I go one for one I will literally only have at maximum 3 main speaking roles. So I would like some ideas for side character whether its original or from the Arena. The only reason Im not going through the arena for the characters none of them seem interesting nor have eye catching concept art like AC1 characters.
