Paid €9 too much for shampoo... is this normal?
Do you guys compare prices for shampoo, makeup, etc. when you're in the store in The Netherlands?
I was at Etos yesterday and later found out the exact same shampoo was almost 9 euros (!!) cheaper somewhere else, because of significant discount.
Do you always check prices before buying something? Any golden tips?
