Elderly customers

I give them so much grace because we have a lot of them but I had this old man who just wouldn't shut up and let me get on with his transaction today. He was complaining about gift cards and I told him he has to call the company and there was nothing we could do. I get it's lonely being old but if there's nothing I can do to help there's no need to keep going on and on.
