Need help or advice, unable to get into MyPay

So, im now in A-School and wanting to request leave to go see my wife. My Chief wants to see my LES with my request Chit but, while I was in Basic we set up our MyPay accounts and my RDC's had us use the authenticator on their phones. They told us we can change things around when we got to A-School. Well, its requesting a code from the 2FA and I'm unable to provide that code to sign into MyPay. Is there any other way I can sign in? Any advice or help would be greatly appreciated.
