Need help uploading, any advice?

Hello! I hope its ok for me to post a qustion of this kind but I have delima currenlty were uploading times are taking a verrrrry long time to get videos published and was wonderingif it was normal.

For more context I have about 12 videos that are about an hour that need to be uploaded so I excpeted a bit of time for them to be uploaded but its been about 6hrs and its still stuck at 50% for most.

Does anyone have a more efficant way on how to mass produce leghty videos? and how much more time should I leave for it to actually upload?
