Best episode for a life lesson?

I am a college professor, and after exams I assign students reflection assignments to help them gain life skills. The assignments give them a couple points back on exams, sure, but what I really want is to give them something they can use in the future.

I typically make them watch an episode of a show or watch a podcast or do something out in the world and reflect on a theme. For example, I had my freshmen watch the episode of Pokemon where Pikachu rejects evolution so that he can show his strengths and be himself to reinforce that every student has something in them that can make them a great learner.

HIMYM has meant so much to me and has taught me a lot about life. However, when I try to come up with the perfect episode that all my students should watch, I come up blank.

Any ideas?
