Friend put me on a Friend tier list

This happened long ago and I'd like to hear people's opinion on it. I used to be part of this friend group that put me and a few others on a tier list. Depending on the tier we got to got certain rewards like trips which was incredibly generous. This depended largely on the contribution socially and physically(doing chores/errands etc during trips).

I still think the rewards was generous but honestly it feels kinda icky to be put on a tier list based on what I "deserved". I felt like I was in a social experiment ngl but maybe I'm overthinking it.
