16 years old, i wanna quit vaping but it’s so ridiculously hard

i really need some advice like be straight up with me don’t hold back. i used to be a heavy smoker since middle school (8th grade) and once i turned freshman i started vaping due to being around the wrong people and succumbing to peer pressure now im a junior and it’s getting really addicting. I need help
