performance issues

i’m trying to get back into the game after not playing for a couple months, but the game runs horribly compared to what it used to. i play on an msi ge76 raider i think 2022 idk exactly i have intel i7 11800H nvidia rtx 3060 16 gig ram and i play on a 4k monitor (i know this affects performance but im compensating by lowering 3d res/ turning on dynamic resolution) idk anymore specs, im usually pretty good when it comes to computers, optimization etc, but i get horrible lag spikes, and i can only sit at around 100-140 fps depending on location when before i used to be able to sit constantly at 180 which is what i had it capped at before. ive followed @ lecctron’s guide on optimization which has worked for me before i just check back every once in a while to see if theres any changes

any help is appreciated, feel free to ask for specifics, and recommend any other subreddits i can post and find some more help
