Where to find Blizzard Pearl paint for 2009 Highlander

Hey I have a small crack in my bumper and paint has chipped off in a few very small places around the car. I'm planning on taking the bumper off, fixing the crack with epoxy and putting paint on. I see it available at Walmart under the brand "Color My Auto". Is that trustworthy?

If there's a better option please let me know. On Toyota's website I just see these touch-up pen type things. I've used one and it wasn't that good.

I really don't need much at all. Like half a cup worth would be plenty
